N이/가 아니다-To not be

1. Detail Explanation
–이/가 아니다 is attached to a noun, negative –이다. In informal setting, 이/가 아니에요 is used for the present tense ending.
저는 학생이에요.
I am a student.
저는 학생이 아니에요.
I am not a student.
2. This takes three form:
a. If the noun ends in a consonant, -이 아니다 is used
저는 바보가 아닙니다.
I am not an idiot.
사과가 아니에요.

b. If the noun ends in a vowel, -가 아니다 is used.
