A-(으)ㄴ데도, V-는데도
- A/V-(으)ㄴ/는데도 = -(으)ㄴ/는데 (describes discussed situation) + -아/어도 (indicates a contrast).
- It is used to express that the main event unexpectedly occurs (2nd clause) even under a background circumstance (1st clause) = although, despite the fact that
- The phrase 불구하고 can be added after -(으)ㄴ/는데도 to further emphasize contrast.
